Conference Online's unique web based registration management facility, is cost effective, time saving, and allows organisers to self manage their events or memberships online. Organisers are able to enter details of, and control access to, the whole event including all agenda items, social events, workshops, accommodation, flights, day tours, pre and post tours, and even travel insurance.

Branding

The facility can be branded as your own and links placed on your own website even though the software is managed for you by Conference Online. Start-up and set-up is FREE, training and support is FREE. There is no software to purchase, no hardware to purchase and no minimum usage requirement.

Fees

Conference Online's fees allow you to effectively budget by registrant/member using a simple fee per registration:

  • for events of 1 day or less in duration - $5.00 per registrant plus GST
  • for events of more than 1 day - $9.00 per registrant plus GST
  • merchant fees (for credit card payments such as Visa, Mastercard - 1.95%; Amex - 3.96%; Diners 3.22% (all include GST)
  • bank fee of $0.80 plus GST per transaction
Getting Started with Registrations
Complete our event setup form for your conference, memebership, tour or venue. An automatic email will be generated enabling the setup of your event. You will then be contacted within 24 hours and provided with the necessary details to enable you to test your event site. Remember, there is no obligation for you to proceed beyond the testing stage of your event booking facility if you change your mind.
